About Us

In 2003, East Tennessee ATV began its journey to becoming a powersports dealership by building off-road fire and rescue equipment, and offering the "Pug" brand of off-road vehicles and a few farm tractors. The business was well received in Elizabethton and in September of the same year we became a Bombardier dealer. Because every customer that walked through the door appreciated the experience that this "Family Business" had to offer they kept on coming back! Thanks to them, we continued to grow. We made our business our lifestyle! This included inviting many of our customers, as friends, on weekend trips to hit the trails and enjoy everything that comes along with four-wheeling. Bombardier became Can-Am, and Can-Am really began to grow, which in turn continued to grow our business. We built on to our tiny store adding a two bay garage for service work and began renting a warehouse across the road for storage of new machines.

In 2007, we picked up the Sea-Doo line, carrying both personal watercraft and jet boats. This only added more customers, more friends, and more fun to our business and our lives. We were meeting new customers and our old customers were returning for a new experience out on the water. In 2009, we made a new addition to our line-up and began carrying the Can-Am Spyder Roadster. Once again, there was a new addition to the fun and adventure that powersports had to offer. We were the number one sellers of the Can-Am Spyder several years in a row because we lived and breathed the product. After a few more years of growth, we decided to bring on the Polaris brand at the end of 2011, which in turn brought in more new customers and even more growth. By September of 2012 we had completely outgrown our facility and made a big move up on to 19E into a much larger showroom, service center, and storage facility. We have now added the Victory Motorcycle line-up and the Polaris SlingShot. We offer the best powersports machines for the road, the trails, and the water.

East Tennessee ATV has not stopped with our forward momentum, but we couldn't make any of this happen without our customers. We always put their needs above our own. Even with the size of our business now, we make trips for deliveries and pick-ups even if it is only for a service. We try our best to make people feel like they are getting exactly what they want and need when purchasing anything...from a 90cc fourwheeler to a fully loaded Can-Am Spyder. We feel that it is important to keep the "small family business" feeling alive no matter how much we grow. We make it a point to keep the customer experience the same as it always has been here at East Tennessee ATV.
